Our story (so far)
We started Solvian Digital because we saw a clear gap in property management: companies were losing leads to voicemail, paying too much for inconsistent reception services, and struggling to keep up with tenant communications. We knew AI could solve this better than any human staffing solution.
Our three co-founders bring together deep expertise in technology, marketing, and business development. Based in Gainesville, Florida, we built Solvian Digital with a singular focus: upgrade and automate communications systems for property management and real estate firms.
What sets us apart is that our AI doesn't just take messages. It takes action. During every call, our AI receptionist can transfer calls, schedule tours, answer detailed property questions, submit forms, send texts, and handle complaints.
