How much does it cost compared to hiring or an answering service?
A full-time receptionist costs $3,500–4,000/month fully loaded and covers 40 hours a week. Solvian plans start at $800/month per agent, and our Professional plan — $1,300/month — covers every hour of every day, with follow-ups and workflows a receptionist could never run. Enterprise pricing drops to $1,150 per agent. Think of it as an investment in growing your business, not a software subscription.
Who owns the data? Is our instance shared with other companies?
Your instance is yours alone — unique, private, and custom-built for your operation. Nothing is shared between clients. Every call, transcript, contact, and report belongs to you, with full access from your dashboard and export anytime.
What happens during onboarding?
There is no onboarding fee. On Professional and Enterprise plans, our team learns your properties, processes, and business rules, builds your knowledge base, and connects your existing systems. On Essential, we set up the basics and you manage your own knowledge base from the dashboard.
Can it handle emergency maintenance calls?
Yes. Urgent situations are recognized and immediately escalated — calls transfer to your on-call team, emergency requests are logged, and notifications go to the right people automatically.
Will callers know they are not talking to a person?
The voice is natural, professional, and friendly, and we are transparent when asked. Most callers simply notice they got an immediate answer instead of a hold queue or voicemail.
Is there a long-term contract?
Essential is available month-to-month. Professional and Enterprise are annual agreements — with a 15% discount versus monthly billing. We earn your business every month either way.
Can you integrate with our CRM or property management software?
Yes. Professional includes CRM/PMS integrations, and our engineering team consults on and builds custom integrations, workflows, dashboards, and reports — projects are scoped and quoted, with consulting at $150/hr. Everything we build lives in your private instance and is yours.
